I check the finite rotation parameters in the rotation file for some plates, comparing them with those from source papers. I found that some are different from those published in the papers, like the one shown in the below (the left table are from Sdrolias et al.(2003)). However, some are the same. I wonder if there is something wrong with them or they are corrected for some other reasons.
