I'd like to pay someone to make a pyGPlates scripts to edit .rot files

Hi,

I’d like to pay someone to make a script in pyGPlates that does three things:

  1. takes the rotation line closest to 0 and copies it to 1 MYa
  2. Either through the GUI or terminal, uncouple conjugate plates at the timestamp
  3. Either through the UGI or terminal, couple plates at the current timestamp

gPlates has gotten a bit of traction in the sci-fi and fantasy world building communities and this functionality would be really helpful and a time saver.
