I have found this thread Export small circles to shp in Q&A but have shifted to Suggestion.
It would be great to be able to export small circles (e.g. as shapefile). I know it is currently just a display feature based on an x,y point and selected display parameters, but exporting the displayed small circles (multiple radii) would be very useful!
