# Summertime project: Spreading ridges

I am seeking someone to consult with periodically through August as I work on building a rotation model going back 252Ma using spreading ridges as primary anchors.

I am familiar with the features of GPlates. I do have a mechanical explanation for the global evolution of spreading ridges that I am seeking to model. At minimum I would like someone with whom I can report on progress and explain my approach (just listening really helps). At best, I find someone who makes contributions to the model. e-mail me (dzierba at hawaii dot edu) if you are interested. Don’t be shy if you have any terms up front.
