Subject: pyGplates for Apple M1 chips

Message Body:
Hi!

I was wondering what would be the procedure to install pyGplates for Apple products with M1 chips (arm64e architecture). Currently I can only find the support for x86-64 MacOS running on intel chips.

Thanks!
Ojashvi

Hi Ojashvi,

You can find pyGPlates for Apple M1 in the link in [this post](https://discourse.gplates.org/t/python-shell-segmentation-fault-after-exiting-when-importing-pygplates/487/5) (as well as for Apple Intel, Windows and Ubuntu).

Currently it’s just for Python 3.9 (for M1) but I will be adding Python 3.7, 3.8 soon.

Thank you! Python 3.9 works for me!
